Hiding "My Recent Document"

The main function of my recent document is to remind you of document files that last or recently accessed. With this function you do not need to open files from within subfolders. Simply with a click My Recent Document you are able to edit these files again. The conditions file is not too long ago, accessed by you.This function is only to save a few files that you recently have access to so biased that you just mean the file has been lost in this function. However, this function is vulnerable to security of your data because these files can be viewed by others. Therefore if you want you can hide that function.


First open the Registry Editor program by typing "Regedit" in the menu "Start-Run" After the program is open go into the key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows / CurrentVersion / Explorer / Advanced". In the right side double click DWORD entry "Start_ShowRecentDocs" Change the value of "Value Data" 0" click inside OK dan restart the PC.
